Lindsey Swonke is the Manager of Turnaround Industry Network Conferences for Asset Performance Networks, based out of the company’s office in Houston, Texas. She possesses more than 10 years of experience in the energy field.
In her current role, Lindsey is responsible for the management of new course development projects, as well as update projects for existing courses. The programs she has worked on include Managing Operations, Deployed Assurance, and eLearning Modules for the RAT tool. In addition to steering overall program development, Lindsey also participates on the CD&L design team.
Throughout her time with the CD&L division of AP-Networks, Lindsey’s responsibilities have included organizing global training events, web development, database management, pre and post assessment analysis, and assisting with course content development. In her previous role, she led the CD&L support team in providing overall operations and logistics support for all training programs, and provided back office administration for an additional global training program.
Lindsey began her career at Diverse Networks Inc. as a Network Operations Center (NOC) analyst. She went on to become NOC lead, a role in which she managed a 24/7 NOC for a major communications company. Her responsibilities included monitoring the availability of multiple networks and all network devices, coordinating with various service providers, assisting with escalated customer support issues, coordinating schedules, and serving as a first point of contact for all escalated NOC issues.
Lindsey holds a BBA in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University.
