Hallett Connor is a Consultant with Asset Performance Networks, based out of the company’s office in Houston, Texas. Hallett joined AP-Networks after serving as a Ground Supply Officer in the United States Marine Corps (USMC). Before joining the USMC, Hallett gained experience in the oil and gas industry working for ExxonMobil Refining and Supply.

While serving in the Marines, Hallett led a team tasked with managing supply operations for a 1000-person infantry battalion, executing a $1.3 million operating budget. He made several important contributions to existing processes, reducing account discrepancies by 75 percent and improving battalion supply performance across the board. Hallett deployed to the Middle East and enabled ten multinational exercises conducted across five allied nations in the Arabian Gulf.

Before joining the USMC, Hallett worked as an Operations Support Department Engineer for ExxonMobil. His accomplishments include providing technical coverage for a 45-day unit turnaround, completing initial scope and design of four refinery improvement projects, and developing a sulfur storage contingency plan to prevent potential shutdown situations at another site. Prior to ExxonMobil, Hallett worked with le Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES, the French Space Agency), where he conducted a feasibility study of cooperation between aerospace regions of southern France and California.

Hallett holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He has successfully completed the Villanova Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Green Belt programs.
