Chevron has awarded Asset Performance Networks (AP-Networks) a global license agreement for the Turnaround Network and the Upstream Network, found at www.Turnaround-Network.com and www.Upstream-Network.com. The global license allows all Chevron facilities across all segments and business units to access the web-based portals.
The Turnaround Network and the Upstream Network house a suite of turnaround management software tools for both onshore and offshore facilities, including NaviTrack, the industry’s leading work process deployment system. Chevron has been working with AP-Networks since 2005. The company’s decision to move to a global license will facilitate the use of the Turnaround Network and the Upstream Network at a greater number of sites.
Chevron is one of more than forty companies that currently license either www.Turnaround-Network.com or www.Upstream-Network.com, with the portals in use at more than 400 facilities worldwide. According to AP-Networks Managing Director George DeBakey, “The global license will help Chevron provide a standardized set of tools to all turnaround teams and support the company’s journey to turnaround excellence.”
